Know the limits
Speech recognition is not a certificate of audio quality. Speaker IDs are labels within a recording, not verified identities. Speech coverage is based on ASR word spans, not independently calibrated VAD. SNR, MOS and room/accent judgments are not invented when unavailable.
Use only audio you have the right to process. Do not upload sensitive regulated recordings without the required project and provider agreements.
